Very interesting post over on IR Web about the recent rush behind ADR banks listing hundreds of foreign firms OTC — non sponsored — in the wake of some rule changes at the SEC. Very interesting read with lots of moving parts and interesting ramifications. Says Dominic Jones, “In some cases, companies may not be aware that they can use the exemption or even that it exists.” Check out the article.
